My wife and I have used Nashville on the Move twice. First in 2010 when we were just kids that didn't think it was possible to own a home. Allen Perry tirelessly drove us around neighborhoods, showing house after house until we found the perfect one. Allen has a passion for real estate and I don't mean that commission. He loves houses and matching people with them to make homes. In 2022 Allen helped us sell that home. Selling, in my opinion, is more stressful and not as fun as buying (HA!) but Allen and his team were there for us. They quickly responded to texts, calls and emails and really made us feel supported. If I ever find myself moving back to Nashville, Allen and his team at Nashville on the Move will be the first to know.

In a city that is flooded with realtors, NoTM stands out as the best of the best. We've worked with Allen Perry and his team for multiple sales/purchases over the years. When my husband and I first moved to Nashville, we flew in for 48 hours to tour homes. I was talking with other real estate firms who were treating me like canned tuna. But I serendipitously called the number on a "for sale" sign in front of a house and Allen Perry picked up. It took all of 5 minutes for me to know that we ought to work with him instead. On the day of our tours, Allen took us around town to a list of 15+ properties that he curated. He shared an encyclopedic knowledge of zoning, codes, neighborhood features, and odd facts—things we had no idea to ask. After we found the winner (a surprise house that didn't even come up in my searches) he took us to lunch in our new neighborhood. My husband and I said to one another, "who is this guy!?!?" As though we couldn't believe a home buying experience would be that good. We've worked with Nashville on the Move many times since then and marvel at the way he's grown his business without sacrificing that hands-on personal quality.
